With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry—and over a decade in the Triangle region—Lorena brings a refined and comprehensive understanding of local property values. As a certified Home Measuring Specialist (HMS®),she takes pride in producing detailed sketches and precise measurements, and she is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with her clients.

Our Company

Established in 2017, LC Appraisals, LLC serves lenders, banks, and Realtors throughout the Triangle Region with reliable, timely appraisal services. Built on trust and strong relationships, we are dedicated to providing accurate reports and exceptional service with every assignment.

We provide a full range of services, including lender appraisal reports, pre-listing and pre-purchase appraisals, along with accurate measuring services and high quality floor plans that can be used on MLS.

Home Measurements /ANSI-Compliant + Floorplan

All delivered floorplans are generated by a Certified Appraiser, adhering to ANSI standards, measuring GLA using a laser Disto or other manual tools. CubiCasa 2D floor plans are used for marketing purposes only and not to determine square footage. Our reports cover every area, including non heated areas, porches, garages and patios. Prices below reflect all areas included unless otherwise requested.

Sketch made with exterior dimensions and a breakdown of heated and non-heated areas. Similar as how it will be on an appraisal report. Included with all orders.
